A quotation or enquiry does not automatically constitute an accepted order. Orders are subject to product availability, confirmation of specifications, pricing, payment terms and acceptance by Box Packaging Hub.

For customised or bulk packaging, the final order may depend on approved specifications, artwork, dimensions, quantities, material selection and other production requirements.

We may decline, cancel or request clarification for an order where information is incomplete, pricing has been displayed incorrectly, production requirements cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or other legitimate business reasons apply.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown or quoted by Box Packaging Hub may change based on quantity, material, dimensions, printing, finishing, delivery location, taxes and other applicable requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a quotation or invoice, applicable taxes, delivery charges or additional production requirements may be charged separately.

Payment must be completed according to the payment terms communicated at the time of order. An order may not enter production until the required payment, confirmation or advance has been received.

6. Custom & Printed Packaging

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, text, dimensions, quantities and other information supplied for customised packaging are correct before production approval.

Once customised production has been approved or started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and additional costs may apply depending on the stage of production.

Minor manufacturing variations may occur in colour, dimensions, material, printing alignment, finish or quantity as part of normal production processes.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on production schedules, order volume, destination, logistics providers, weather, public holidays, transportation delays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

8. Product Inspection & Issues

Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible. If products appear damaged, incorrect or materially different from the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly with relevant order details and supporting photographs or other evidence where appropriate.

Any resolution, replacement, credit or other remedy will be considered based on the nature of the issue, the agreed order specifications and applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand elements, logos, graphics, text, photographs, layouts and other original content belonging to Box Packaging Hub are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use our protected content without prior written permission.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs and other materials supplied to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.
